This is the directory where your template css files and images are stored.
static_path:	/luna
This is the path to the directory where your template css files and images are stored.
db_cgi_url:
This is the directory where your cgi files are located.
system_template_set:
This is the default template set. Your admin templates are always stored in the default template set. To create a new template set, simply create a folder in your static directory and put the new templates there.
