I found a way around it or at least I think I did. I created a script called 'build_links.sh' it's kinda link the script you can find in the tutorial on how to set it up for cron. Any ways, When I use this script it does not change the user. I'm not sure why, or I just haven't done it enough. I've also set up cron to run that script so I don't have to mess with it.
