Just noticed this problem on my site and can't quite figure out what could be going on. attempting to add a site, the form and everything comes up just fine. But, when click on the add site button it comes right back to the same form. Not being saved or anything, checked my error log and no error messages. Checked permissions everything looks fine.

Any suggestions would be appericated.
