The questions here recently about namservers and BIND reminds me that setting these up to work correctly is enough to make your head spin and not helped by the chronic lack of documentation also.

With that in mind, I have found a very useful site for checking such setups are configured correctly and the root servers have you listed as expected.

I decided to register a couple more nameservers. Apparently 3 are recommended but I went for 4 instead :)

I chose such original names too

Not much use having that many nameservers if they're all on the same connection. Might as well just have 2 if you're going to do that.

I didnt want the desksql ones showing for wiredon so I registered the two wiredon ones....Im eventually going to drop the desksql ones.
