For those who would like to insert footer/ header on pages server wide or per host wise, here could be an excellent stuff:

For example, you could insert "Hosted By ComapnyName" linking back to your site if you are a hosting company for example, just by controlling the entries in httpd.conf :)

Just installed and tested it out. Installed as DSO. You may need to edit the Makefile if necessary. All pages on any domain could carry a footer of our choice :)

This looks nice more so because you can now have a linkback to your hosting company on all domains hosted by including a entry in <VirtualHost> ... </VirtualHost> directive ...
