Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows of any free cgi or php scripts that can manage articles. What I need is a script that can do something like this:

Upload a static html file which contains the content (article). Then the script will update a page which contains links to all the articles. Preferably, the link will not show up as http://www.yourdomain.com/newarticle.html but something like http://yourdomain.com/script.php?newarticle

Would appreciate if anyone can recommend me one like this. I search around the web and found some but many of them are very complex which manages the entire site. I just need one to manage a section of my site.
