Hi

I am relatively new to making programs, and now I have made a program that I would like to distribute to others. I will use the program myselves, but only in a basic lite style of the program.

My problem is what type of license I should publish it under. I would like to have the ability to get income from it (maybe free for non-profit), or by maybe publish it under GPL in the first version if that is possible.

Is there any good licence pages that you can provide me link to, regarding my duties and rights ?

All my programs are just 'free', but i do have a disclamer in it to say that i don't accept any responsibility if the scripts do something to their server; stops me getting sued if anything goes wrong lol
