How do I do a boolean 'and' query for a keyword search?
For example, three records might contain the following phrases:
Rough lumber.
Rough and sawn lumber.
Lumber: rough, planed and sawn.
I want to do a keyword search for "rough and lumber" and hit all three records.
Note that this is not a one-field search, but a keyword search across all fields. If I keyword search for 'rough lumber' or 'lumber rough' it looks for the phrase. I can do an 'or' search by using 'rough|lumber' as an RE, full word search. But I want "rough and lumber"....
