I have been interested in using DBMan as a content management tool in the following way;
Method: setup individual users with logons to access/modify their records only
Result: In the users specific html page pull in their latest record from DBMan via SSI (or ?) without throwing up log on screen.
After some reading and testing I have come to the conclusion that the above is not possible without altering the author permissions and widening the viewing permissions. Am I correct or just not being creative enough?
thanks
