when i click "List All" the search window pops up with the message: "There were problems with the search. Reason: no search terms specified Please fix any errors and submit the record again. "

It would be very helpful to provide the url of your database, so that someone can take a look and see what exactly it is doing.

This will make it much easier to help you.

Are you able to add and edit records without any problems?
Is everthing else working ?

In your footer what coding do you have for "View All"?

Does it look like this:
