500 Internal Server Error
When I go to my database, I get this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@emeraldequestrians.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.31 Server at www.emeraldequestrians.com Port 80
I've gotten this error before, when my permissions weren't set correctly, but I deleted the database to set up a totally new one, and now it's not working!! The path to perl is correct, and the permissions are correct. Can anything else be causing this error?

Sounds like a silly question, but did you remember to upload a new blank db file to the server after deleting the old one?

This may or may not help you any, but I often rename files such as default.db to default.db.05-17-04 and then upload a new default.db in its place. This works well for every files EXCEPT default.cgi if I rename default.cgi and then upload a new one, I have to reset the permissions.

Sometimes I've had to delete all the files from the webserver completely and redo all of them.

I've also noticed that clicking "refresh" would not produce a 500 error but re-typing the URL would. It's just one of those things I guess.
