Hi,

I searched for this topic but I don't find an answer to the following:

Is it possible to have the add form send via e-mail and the user can fill out the form locally and then press the "add button".

What about the counter ID ?

This isn't something that DBMan would accomplish itself. You would have to find a way to automatically append the contents of an email message to a file. If you know how to do that, then it wouldn't be much to keep track of the counter.
