In my admin display, I'll will select a user, and have the possibility to call all the records of this user and with one action delete his records and give the account permissions of 'view'. How can we fix this???

I think that's going to have to stay a three-step process -- search for the records, delete the records, change the permissions. This would take so much coding that it would take longer to write than the time you might save in a year.
