I don't think so. But I don't quite understand what your example does or what you want to do.
The way DBMan does a search is to search on all the fields that are entered, so, if I understand your example correctly, it automatically does the "BooleanAND=YES" part. As for the other thing -- "SearchTerms=if+number+is" -- that would only yield results if you had a field called "SearchTerms" and if at least one record had a value of "if number is."
