- path to perl is correct
- uploaded (again and again) in ASCI
- the line 1535 in htm.pl reads:

That </xmp> tag seems to be a problem. I would recommend taking it out. Also use EditPlus to edit your cgi, perl, and javascript driven files...www.editplus.com.
