CGI Error

Error message: Error loading required libaries.
Reason: Unrecognized charactor \177 at /usr/bin/perl5.00503 line 1.

Can anyone help with this one?

Which file are you getting this error message? Please provide the complete error message you receive.

Also, please copy the following files as text files:

db.cgi
default.cfg

Then upload them to a publicly accessible directory in your server, and then post the URL to these text files in this Thread.

This error is displayed in Netscape or IE when I access the server, at 10.0.100.200/cgi-bin/db.cgi

NO...Please do what I said...Copy the files as text files, put them in a publicly accessible directory in your WEB SERVER, and then post the URLs to the text files!

I did have everything correct except I was confused with the perl path in db.cgi. That is now fixed and DBMAN is running.
