I'm trying to setup dbman in a nt system (I installed before in a unix system) but it gives me this error

Check that they exist, permissions are set correctly and that they compile.
Reason: Can't locate default.cfg in @INC at d:\xvrt\mangaes.com\Html\cgi-bin\db.pl line 51.
But default.cfg exists!!!! Anybody has any idea? Many thanks!
