Is there anyway I can change names of things? I have a sports site and I need a database that has player's stats. Instead of it saying "ID", "Title", "URL", etc. can I change it so it says "Name", "Team", "Goals", Assists", etc.

Sure. The fields included in the DBMan package are just there so you can test out the script and to show you a pattern for how to build your own database definition.

I would suggest that you first upload and test the script as it is, to make sure you can get it to work properly. Then go to
