I'm having the problem described in the FAQ article, 'The default passwords don't work!" but still need some help.

After doing what it said (up to the last step anyway) I was finally able to get to an admin screen. However, when I click "admin" as instructed... my browser just spins its wheels and I don't get anywhere. Same problem I was happening at the login screen. Help!

What kind of server are you on? Window? Unix? Do you know what kind of software they're using?

(Not that this will necessarily help, but it might help me to pinpoint something later on.)

The only thing that I can suggest right now is to try installing the whole thing all over again. There could have been some sort of corruption in one of the files.
