...one more time this error message. :-/
I've downloaded the dbman.tar.gz and extracted to /var/www/www.seti-scanners.de/db. I've edited the db.cgi (#!/usr/bin/perl) and the default.cfg ($db_dir_url = "http://www.seti-scanners.de/db";) and inserted the right paths. The httpd.conf I've edited too in order to insert the <Directory> inside the body of the virtual host.
The permissions are correct.
