I installed the DBMAN and it works great on NN and IE5 but, on IE5.5 it will not let me login and it truncates my websites address. Is this a backend issue only with IE 5.5?

You might want to double check your default.cfg file and make sure the variable $db_dir_url is properly configured.

It should probobly be set to http://www.divawebsites.com/cgi-bin/dbman

Mark has hit the problem - when trying to login, your script is directing to:
http://divawebsites/cgi-bin/dbman/db.cgi

should be:
http://divawebsites.com/cgi-bin/dbman/db.cgi
