Installing dbman with no www server installed
Can I do this on win 98?

All right, xitami search worked fine, but my question was "with no www server" and xitami IS a web server. I meant some pearl runtime environment, but not a web server. But I can see now, I will just install xitami.

adomas - yes you can. I suggest that you do a search on "xitami" and follow the posts there.

I have DBMan running on my Win98 machine using xitami and Active Perl for testing the scripts before posting them to the web.

If you follow the posts you will be able to accomplish this pretty easily.

Hope this helps !
