My dbman database is working one minute and then I log on again and I get "Internal Server Error. Enable debugging mode"

Debugging mode does not seem to give me any more information about what is wrong. What would cause it to stop working? I did add a user, other than admin, but I don't see how that could cause problems? I am trying to get dbman to work but it seems a bit fussy at the moment.
