MacPerl:Localhost
I have installed and for the most part configured DBMan to my liking. It is running great!
My question is anyone familar with running DBMan with MacPerl and secondly path structure configuration in adapting unix scripts to MAcPerl?
My main DBMan directory keeps getting fill up with these txt files ex.
auth/admin.29986614703772
One, explain the purpose of these files and two why no matter what I do I can't get them placed in the "auth" directory.
Is that indeed where they belong?
Thank you inadvance.

This is just to let you know I figured out what the path structure needed to be in terms of MacPerl.
Your DBMAn script runs great on a Mac except for the flock (file lock) but you probably knew that.
Here's what it looks like:
# Full path and file name of the authorization directory.
$auth_dir = $db_script_path . ":auth:";

Good Luck to all other MacPerl fans!

Actually I didn't know, but it's good to hear it works on Mac! Smile
