I uploaded all the files to my web host's server and am testing the demo script using the special hostname (url) for testing cgi scripts. The Log On page worked which I reset to no auth so now the Main Menu loads. However, the each link on the main menu takes me to the script db.cgi, even after turning on the auto generate html variable.
