Is there some one that could write a MOD to use the mail.pm that Alex uses in Links?

What I would liek it to be able to do is;

1.) Take the new information added from specific fields in the data base and to be able to send the information to
a.) A e-mail data base (such as used n Links)
b. A subscribe data base (such as used in links)

c.) Send a e-mail to the person that entered the information, showing the information entered.

d.) send user name and password to them when they sign up.

e.) send the database owner information about the information added to the data base.

Information could be selectable using meta-tags.

The mailer could be just like the way it is set up in links(b4).
