I went through the first 2 steps of JPDeni's DBMan-ual (the basic tools & install the demo) and this is my db.cgi site here, what am I doing wrong?

The demo on JPDeni's site is for the relational mod. Is that what you are wanting to use?
You need to save your file as a text file and then provide the url to view the file online.
Please explain what is happening as without specific information it's hard to know what to look for. It's best to post text copies of your .cfg, html.pl and db.cgi files, if you need someone to help troubleshoot problems that could be within any of those files.
