I have a system with NTWKS 4 with SP4 and IIS4.
I install DBman in c:/intepub/cgi-bin/prueba-paco

I copy html.pl to test.html and I try the Admin. Form and I have the menssage:

"Error 405 de HTTP
405 Método no permitido
El método especificado en la línea de petición no está permitido en el recurso identificado por la petición. Compruebe que tiene la configuración correcta del tipo
MIME para el recurso que está solicitando."

Puedes poner una pagina en el Internet para mirar tus configuraciones. Pon el URL completo y termina la pagina con .txt para poder mirarlo.
