Question
Here is the error I get:

Error Message : Error loading required libraries.
Check that they exist, permissions are set correctly and that they compile.
Reason: (Maybe you didn't strip carriage returns after a network transfer?)

Script Location : /usr/home/lisinc.net/html/fred/brigade/db.cgi
Perl Version : 5.00404
Setup File : default.cfg

Now, I have checked permissions, uploaded in ASCII and I know I can run .cgi and .pl scripts outside of the CGI-BIN. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would check to be sure the files were uploaded in ASCII mode again. The only time I've ever seen the "strip carriage returns" message is when I've uploaded in binary mode.

You may need to delete the files and upload them again.

Thanks - it's working now. Very strange! I thought forsure I uploaded in ASCII!
