RESET FORM PROBLEM

This function only work for the first entry/searching of
ADD/MODIFY but not work for the subsequent screens.

i.e.

1./ ADD , do reset ok
2./ submit record, error
3./ return to add and ask user fix error
4./ reset form, fail.

similar case happen in MODIFY, RESET FORM only work for
first searching.

Please have a look.

Perhaps 'Reset' is a bad name. Reset only returns the form to it's original state. So when you fill in a form, hit submit and the add fails. The original form has the failed submission in it.

Hitting reset will just return you to that state. Does that make sense?
