Hello,
I tried to close off the other discussion I was having but couldn't. I did get dbman installed, had to go to another machine to do it, and it worked the first time. Thank-you....
Onto other problems.
I have modified the demo cfg file, and added a "FName" field. I cut and paste the "Title" field, and changed the number to "10", and removed the comma at the end since it was the last field, as well, put the comma the end of "9".
After reading through the other post, I realized I should check those points.
Then I cut and paste "title" html part in the "pl" file, and created the field to enter.
it can be view at:
www.advanmedia.com/cgi-bin/dbman/db.cgi?db=hdmech
Just use admin to log in.
I have posted the files in Text format to:
www.breddam.com/dbman
The problem is the data is not being put into the hdmech.db. The original fields post their data, but the new one does not.
