how can I have a background image when I using dbman ?? I know it is certainly a stupid question

Change the <BODY> tag to read:
<BODY BACKGROUND="http://path/to/image.gif">
This will put a background behind the whole page. If you only want it behind a certain section (eg: a table cell) find the appropriate tag (either TABLE, TR or TD) and add the same BACKGROUND="etc..." attribute to it.
