2. try: Is that possible with dbman? Or can I just do multi-word in a single field?

I believe the capability is going to be in the next version of DBMan.

I haven't looked at Kenneth's script very much. I believe it is a single field solution.

No idea when the next version is coming out. Alex mentioned it in the other DBMan forum.
