I'd recommend you check out JPDeni's excellent DBMan tutorials at http://www.jpdeni.com/dbman/

It has many in-depth tutorials which are great for people just getting started with DBMan.

Good luck!

In db.cgi, set the $db_script_path variable back to it's default value.
eg: $db_script_path = "."; (it's very rare that you should have to set the full path)

Also, you'll need to check that you have the correct path to perl at the top (if you haven't already)

If you're not sure, try setting it to #!/usr/local/bin/perl and see if that helps.
