When my dbman loads, there is no login screen it just automatically takes me to the home page, with no admin options. Anyone know how to fix this?

Well then I'm wondering what your .cfg file looks like.
If $auth_no_authentication = 1, change it to 0.
That's the only other thing I can think of. If that doesn't work, you'll need to copy your .cfg file to a web-accessible directory (one where you would place html files) and rename it to something like default_cfg.txt. Then come back and let us know where we can find it and we'll take a look.
