I uploaded everything on my website, but when i go to the db.cgi site (where i should be able to log in) it doesn't have the login thingy there. Instead it pops up with a download box... can anyone help me with this?

Open the download and read whats inside. You probably don't have perl installed judging by your other threads (which btw could have been combined as one)
