user signup in SQL version?

user signup in SQL version?
I'm helping someone set up an SQL version of DBMan. I have looked at the .cfg file and was able to figure out what was going on there. I noticed that there was no place to set the $auth_signup variable. Can users signup in the SQL version?

JPD,

I'm using an SQL version, that allows user sign-up. It was installed by Alex. It allows user's to add/modify/delete only their own records, and should not allow duplicate usernames. However, I've noticed that duplicate usernames were being created and allowed users to modify/delete the other person's records, whom they shared the same username. I'm waiting to hear back from Alex on this one, but please let me know if you have a similar problem, or know how I can fix this problem.

Thanks,

Ralph

Thanks for your response, Ralph. SQL is new, murky waters for me, so I don't have any suggestions right now. I'll let you know if I figure out anything.
