i don't know how this happened, but i can't edit my template globals anymore in the admin panel.

i also can't edit my user templates via the admin panel either. it gives me the error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i can edit user language fine, as well as use all the other admin functions, but for some reason when i try to update template globals or user templates, it gives me the 403 forbidden error.

it does list everything correctly, but when i try to edit something or add a new global, then it gives me the error. please help!

by the way, i do believe admin.cgi and its directory, /admin/ are both set to 755

nevermind, figured it out.

the host updated the cpanel and it put on some stricter security settings regarding cgi scripts

i had to get certain rules removed
