I'm so lost. I've been running Links 2 then Links Ext at http://www.indylinks.com. I bought Links SQL and following the instruction in the email to have GT install it for me and I think it was successful.

How do I get to the Admin Panel? Isn't it through a URL? I can't see anything in my FTP client.

There is no admin file at http://www.indylinks.com/cgi-bin/admin.cgi

For reference, I opted for the following way of installing:

"The program includes installation, so if you would like us to install it for you, please visit: https://www.gossamer-threads.com/cgi/install/nph-install.cgi"

I'm pretty sure you got it installed successfully. I got a message saying it had accessed my FTP successfully.

But when I go to
http://www.indylinks.com/cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi there is no admin.cgi file only a cgitest.cgi.

So I Am I supposed to install something from my end?

How can I tell if you installed it?


I've printed and read the entire WORD doc. Manual and I've searched all over the forums as well as the online product support.

Guess I'm missing something pretty basic.
