I am probably going to try importing some links from dmoz soon. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not there are any copyright issues? i.e. are the descriptions protected by copyright?

Also, can someone please tell me where I can go for instructions on how to import from dmoz, or better yet, what I have to do?
