Hello Alex:
We were performing a long (several day) user purge with 2.0.1 which completed last night.
This morning I awoke to a dozen or so emails from users whose inboxes had been emptied. I verified and found this to be true - only the Welcome message remained. I checked an account that I am familiar with and its inbox messages were gone as well.
This did NOT affect all accounts - many/most accounts still have their inboxes.
Questions:
1. Was this something known about 2.0.1 that we overlooked?
2. Is this something that has been addresses in 2.0.2?
3. Is there any conceivable way to recover the lost messages? (records fouled in the database, perhaps, rather than deleted - message files still on file system)?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Adam Stanhope
