I am seeking some info here.

I am really getting fed up with junk submitters.

I have a question here.

Can a radio botton (On the link admin side) that the reviewer can click to block that persons IP from ever submitting a site again. Also a radio button to click to allow that person to submit in the future (If they get their sh_t together). Can something like this be set up and where can I find it???
I beleive I am running links ver2.0
