If I wanted to use the meta_description field to display the title of the category instead of the name field as it currently is. How would I do this.

For example on my home page I have:

NewYorkYankees as a category link, but I want to put a textual description in my meta_description field called New York Yankees and have it displayed as New York Yankees

There are two ways to do this: the harder way would be to use the nonenglish mod (http://www.gossamer-threads.com/...rsion_2_x/index.html), which uses a new field for the category/title name. The other way is to use the mod for page titles found here: http://www.webmasters-resources.com/...egory_title_mod.html
