Hi all,

I'm working on a new Links mod, and I need a large links.db file for testing purposes. If you have a site with upwards of a thousand links - could you email me the links.db file? It would be greatly appreciated.

The mod is tentatively titled the REGENERATOR. It's just an interface at the admin page that has 5 buttons:
1. Will numerically sort all the keys in your links database (I hate when I get them out of order and skip some).
2. Will reset all your hits to 0.
3. Will reset all you votes to zero if you have rate-it.
4. Will set any field of your choice in links.db to whatever you want.
5. Will erase all databases.

Thus, the Links REGENERATOR.

Actually no. You'll probably have to wait for Alex's Links update for an easier way to add a field to the links script. All my mod does is change all the entries of a field of your choice in your database. Thus, you can change all your votes to 0 or hits to 0..etc...or erase all your emails or something...

I update the categories.html file by hand every time I add a category.

I looked at the tree mod only to find out that I'm not experienced enough to modify it.

The Links Regenerator is done, but it won't go public until January 1st when my www.groundbreak.com site starts...If you want to see a sneak preview of the admin interface - point your browser to www.groundbreak.com/teasers/regenerator.

Will this mod take all links and change their #'s, I mean, pretend you delete links
123, 124, 125
the links will have a gap from 122-126
there will be no link with that unless you add it yourself.

Also what will be at www.groundbreak.com??
I like to know things when they aren't up yet cuz it must mean it is going to be something big
