We want to make changes in add.cgi so that first add.cgi check that other person has already added the reciprocal link or not we will add one new filed in database for reciprocal link . if other persona or site owner whois going to add url has not added it should not submit the form and give message that reciprocail link not addeed

I would like to see this also as I am sure it would save all of us a LOT of time.

I spend too much time telling webmasters that a return link is required regardless that this is stated in bold before the add their site.
