Does a mod exist to create spanning top rated pages?

Instead of one top rated page, I would like 10 pages of 15 links each in descending order according to rating. To make it more difficult, I would like them linked to match the altavista-style span-pages-mod which connects the main category pages.

In my search, I find much talk about spanning the top rated pages from as far back as early 1999, but I don't see any completed mods posted for the rate pages.
