I finally resolved the file not found problem only to discover this one. I have searched the archives and tried the suggestions. This site was downloaded from a working server, paths changed and uploaded to a new server. I have made everything work, including nph-build, except this. I am completely at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the trouble shooting section of the README file and search this forum for Internal Server Error if the trouble shooting section doesn't help you.

I have done all of the things that you suggested. I went so far as to delete everything from the server, redownload the zip and start over! I can get everything - add/modify, etc. - to work. But I still get a 500 when I go to run admin.cgi. If an open-minded person would like to help me, I would appreciate it GREATLY!
