500 internal error on add.cgi & modify.cgi

500 internal error on add.cgi & modify.cgi

When I use the add.cgi and modify.cgi, it returns a 500 internal error to me. BUT admin receives the submission. How come?

I have uploaded in ascii and set the permissions right.
