I admit I am not versed with perl etc. but can someone explain why I when I type in the beginning script for admin.cgi to begin loading the links 2.0 I get a download request and then when I ty to open it it reads permisson denied. please post or email me possible solutions.

1) Make sure that you have the correct absolute path to the links.cfg in the require line in the admin.cgi file.

2) Make sure that you have properly defined the admin.cgi in the $db_script_url variable in the links.cfg file.
