Can't locate Time/Local.pm
When I try to ad a link I get this. I saw that someone asked this question earlier but had no response. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Frontrow,

As you may have seen, I experienced the same problem. I contacted our server admin and it seemed that due to a typing error Perl got installed into the wrong directory.

I think it's best to contact your ISP and ask them if Perl is installed completely and correctly, as it seems to be part of the library.
